Every line below is sold on its own. There is no bundle you have to buy in order to get the one piece you need, and nothing here is priced against your revenue.
A store has one job on the page a visitor lands on, which is to make the next step obvious. Most of the stores we are handed do the opposite: the offer is buried, the price shows up before the reason to care about it, and the phone experience was never checked. We rebuild around the order in which a buyer actually decides.
We run Meta and TikTok against your own break-even, not against the return the platform reports back to itself. Before anything goes live there is a written plan with the budget floor for the market, the hypothesis behind each creative, and the exact condition under which we turn it off. That last part is what stops an account from bleeding for three weeks while everyone waits for it to turn around.
Almost every account we open has the same problem: three tools reporting three different numbers, and nobody sure which one to believe. We fix the plumbing first. Events are installed, then verified against orders that really happened, and only then do we let anyone make a decision from a dashboard.
Some owners do not want an agency, they want someone to argue with before they spend the money. This is that. A standing call, access between calls, and a written note after each session so that decisions are recorded somewhere other than a chat thread.
Each service line has its own monthly fee, quoted after the audit and agreed in writing before work starts. Build work with a defined end is quoted as a project instead. No fee changes mid-month without a new written scope.
Charging a share of spend pays us more the more of your money we spend, which is exactly the wrong incentive on an account that is still being tested. We would rather be paid the same whether the correct decision that month is to double the budget or to switch it off.
We do not ask for a share of revenue, for exclusivity, or for access to your bank account or payment processor. Store and ad account access is granted from your own accounts, stays in your name, and you can revoke it at any time without asking us.
That is what the audit is for. Send us the store and the ad account and we will tell you which one is costing you the most right now.
