Questions we get before the first call.
If the one you have is not here, the contact form goes to a person and comes back within one business day.
What does it cost?
Each service line has its own fixed monthly fee, and build work with a defined end is quoted as a project. We do not publish a price list because the number depends on the size of the catalogue, how many markets you run and the state of what already exists. The audit is quoted first and separately, so you find out what the work involves before committing to a monthly fee.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What you sell, what it costs you, what your competitors do and how the advertising platforms behave are all outside our control. We commit to the work, the schedule and being honest about what happened. We do not commit to a revenue figure or a return on ad spend, and our terms of service say the same thing.
Who is this not for?
Brands looking for someone to run advertising without touching the store or the numbers, because that is the setup that produces spend with no explanation for it. It is also not for anyone who needs a large team on call, or who wants a vendor that says yes to everything. If that is what the situation calls for, we will tell you on the first call rather than take the retainer.
Can you start on the ad account this week?
Not before the audit. Taking over an account without knowing whether the events are firing correctly or what the real margin is means optimising towards numbers that may be wrong. The audit is short, and it is the only way the first month is spent on decisions instead of on discovering what was already broken.
Do you need access to my bank account or payment processor?
No, never, for any service. We need access to the store and the advertising accounts, granted from accounts you own, at the permission level the work requires. We are paid by invoice. If anyone offering services like these asks for banking or processor access, that is worth refusing.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Stores are built in your account, advertising runs in your ad account, and the reporting lives where you can reach it. If the engagement ends, nothing needs to be transferred to you because it was never in our name, and you can revoke our access yourself without waiting for us.
Is there a long contract?
No. Retained work runs month to month with thirty days of notice on either side, and project work ends when the scope in the agreement is delivered. Locking a client into twelve months mostly protects the vendor from the consequences of doing bad work.
What if the audit says you cannot help?
That happens, and the document says so plainly. You keep it, including the list of what we found and who would be a better fit for it. We would rather write that document than take a retainer for work we would run badly.
Where are you based, and what hours do you work?
The company is registered in Florida, United States, and the registered office address is on the contact page. Work is done from Bogota, Colombia, on United States business hours. Written messages get a reply within one business day and calls are scheduled in advance.
What happens to what I send through the contact form?
It is emailed to us and nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag on this site, so no profile of your visit is built and no data is passed to anyone. The privacy policy sets out what we keep and for how long.
Still have a question?
Send it through the form. A person reads it and answers within one business day.
