This company exists because we kept being asked to do, for other people's stores, the work we were already doing on our own. Operating a store teaches you where the money actually leaks, and it is rarely where the owner is looking. It is a purchase event that stopped firing after a theme update, a cart that fails quietly on phones, an ad budget set from a number somebody read once. None of that shows up as a crisis. It shows up as a month that was worse than it should have been.
We are deliberately small. The work is done by the people you meet on the first call, we take on few brands at a time, and we turn down engagements we do not think we would run well. That caps how fast this company can grow, and we prefer that cap to the version where we sell more than we can deliver.
