E-commerce services

We run the operating side of small direct-to-consumer stores.

Most owners we talk to are doing four jobs at once: the storefront, the ads, the numbers and the supplier. One of them always gets dropped, and it is usually the one that was quietly holding the margin together. We take the parts you do not want to own, and we write down what we did so you can check it later.

Services

Four lines of work. Take one or take all of them.

Each one can be bought on its own. Most brands start with the part that is leaking the most money, and we tell you which one that is before you commit to anything.

Store build & CRO

We build Shopify stores and rebuild the ones that grew by accident. The work is decided by what a buyer needs in order to say yes, not by what a theme happens to ship with.

  • New builds, theme work and platform migration
  • Product page structure and offer layout
  • Cart, checkout and post-purchase flow
  • Mobile load time and device testing

Paid advertising

Meta and TikTok, planned in writing before anything goes live. Every campaign has a stated hypothesis, a budget floor and a rule for when it gets turned off, so nothing survives on hope.

  • Account and campaign structure
  • Creative testing plan with written hypotheses
  • Kill and scale rules agreed before launch
  • Weekly read of what happened and why

Tracking & reporting

Numbers you can act on. We install the events, check them against real orders, and give you one report where the store, the ad platform and the profit tool agree on what happened.

  • Pixel and server-side event setup
  • Campaign parameters on every ad
  • Reconciliation against actual orders
  • One weekly report, in plain language

Retained advisory

For owners who want to keep running the store themselves. You get a standing call and a second read on the decisions that are expensive to get wrong: pricing, suppliers, when to scale and when to stop.

  • Standing call on a fixed cadence
  • Review of pricing, margin and offer
  • Second read on scale and stop decisions
  • Written notes after every session

How it works

Four steps, and you can stop after the first.

The first step is paid and self-contained. If the audit says the problem is not something we fix, you keep the document and we part ways.

01

Audit

We go through the store, the ad account and the numbers, and write down what is actually broken and in what order it is worth fixing.

02

Plan

You get a scope in writing: what we would do, in what sequence, what it costs, and what we would leave alone for now.

03

Build and run

We do the work. Changes go out in small pieces so that when a number moves, it is clear what moved it.

04

Review and hand over

A weekly written read of what happened. Everything we build stays in your accounts, documented well enough for someone else to pick up.

Why us

Three reasons to pick us, and they are checkable.

01

We run stores of our own

The methods we use on your account are the ones we use on ours, including the ones that cost us money to learn. When we tell you a test is going to be uncomfortable for two weeks, it is because we have sat through it.

02

Everything is written before it runs

Each campaign, each page change and each test starts as a written note: what we expect, why, and what would make us stop. It means a decision can be reviewed months later instead of being reconstructed from memory.

03

We keep the client list short

We take on few brands at a time, and we say no to work we would run badly. A store that needs a different specialist gets told that on the first call instead of being sold a retainer.

Start with an audit before you commit to anything.

Tell us what the store is and where it stopped working. We reply within one business day with a straight answer on whether this is work we should be doing.
